Thanks to the Oleoweb VRPE single check valve it is possible to manage the support and movement of a suspended load on only one return line. The typical use for this type of valve is in the presence of cylinders that you want to lock in the working or resting position. The hydraulic seal is guaranteed by a hardened and ground tapered poppet. Thanks to the pilot ratio, the release pressure is lower than that induced by the suspended load. The external body is made of high resistance steel and externally protected from oxidations by zinc treatment.

Maximum Pressure = 300 BAR (4350 PSI) to 350 BAR (5075 PSI)

Notes:

• Pilot Ratio refers to the pressure require to open the valve when under load. (e.g. Load Pressure = 3000 PSI, Valve Pilot Ratio = 4:1, The valve will require 750PSI to open)
• Low pilot ratios (3:1 and 4.5:1) are for applications where loads may vary widely. Low pilot ratios require higher pilot pressures and are less efficient but provide stable, precise control for varying loads.
• High pilot ratios (8:1 and 10:1) are for applications where loads are relatively constant. High pilot ratio valves require lower pilot pressures, are more responsive, and are more efficient, though they lack stability and precision in response to constantly changing loads
