With the Oleoweb VBCB counterbalance valves it is possible to support a suspended load and control its movement by eliminating vibrations or too fast and dangerous lowering. The VBCB over centre valves are designed to be installed in-line within the hydraulic system in compliance with the spaces available on the machine.
This valve will only hold a load in a single direction
| Part # | Ports | Pressure Range | Max Flow | Ratio | Material |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| VBCB3801S | 3/8” BSPP | 30-210 bar | 40 lpm | 4.25:1 | Steel |
| VBCB3802S | 3/8” BSPP | 60-350 bar | 40 lpm | 4.25:1 | Steel |
Notes:
- Pilot Ratio refers to the pressure require to open the valve when under load. (e.g. Load Pressure = 3000 PSI, Valve Pilot Ratio = 4:1, The valve will require 750PSI to open)
- Low pilot ratios (3:1 and 4.5:1) are for applications where loads may vary widely. Low pilot ratios require higher pilot pressures and are less efficient but provide stable, precise control for varying loads.
- High pilot ratios (8:1 and 10:1) are for applications where loads are relatively constant. High pilot ratio valves require lower pilot pressures, are more responsive, and are more efficient, though they lack stability and precision in response to constantly changing loads
WARNING – IMPROPER USE OR SELECTION OF THE PRODUCTS/EQUIPMENT OR SYSTEMS DESCRIBED CAN CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. SAFETY PROCEDURES MUST BE APPLIED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, COMMISIONING AND/OR OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY.
