We will refund, credit, or exchange products in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This includes cases where products are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as expected.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you have received a product that is incorrect, faulty, or has missing components, please contact us at info@newlandfluidpower.com.au before sending the item back. We will guide you through the process and arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit where appropriate.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. However, if your return is approved due to a confirmed fault or warranty issue, we will reimburse your return postage—please keep your postage receipt as proof of cost.
4. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind only if the item is:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging and condition
In these cases:
The buyer covers return shipping costs
A restocking fee may be applicable
Items damaged, used, or altered by the buyer cannot be returned
5. Refund Process
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For example, if you paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed through PayPal.
