The manually operated valve CM6 is a directional control valve 2 ways/2 positions. Available in the normally closed (NC) configuration, the valve allows oil flow only after the lever has been actuated. With the lever is possible to manage proportional opening of the poppet in order to modulate the flow through the valve. It is recommended the installation of the valve so that the flow direction is from port 2 to port 1. The double sealing of the valve CM6 grants the complete interruption between the lines upstream and downstream of the valve itself independently by the side with higher pressure. The sealing is granted by a poppet built with high resistance steel, hardened and grinded.

The lever box is fixed to the manifold with four screws M5, for a robust mounting of the valve to its installation’s surface. The maximum working pressure for the valve CM6 is 320 bar (4640 PSI) , while it is recommended flow rate is up to 25 lpm (6,6 US gpm).

The 190mm lever is included with the valve.

Comes standard with an electric microswitch which can be used as a signal for switching on a DC power unit etc.

The lever box is built with an aluminium casting while the cartridge is made with steel and protected against the corrosion with zinc plating treatment.

These valves are double-sealed; the block valve function is possible in both directions (Refer to hydraulic technical data).
