DSV Sequence valves are used to manage actuation sequences of one or more actuators through the appropriate setting of the valve itself. A typical application is the creation of extension sequences of multiple hydraulic cylinders, where one cylinder extends only when the previous one has reached the end of stroke. The SV series valve allows free flow of oil in the reverse direction (Port B2 to Port A2 and Port A1 to Port B1) via the integrated check valves. The valve can work with recommended maximum flow rates of 60 lpm (15.8 gpm) and maximum pressures of 350 bar (5075 PSI) at the inlet ports (A2 and B1). The parts-in-body execution allows its installation in line inside the hydraulic system. The body is made from aluminium and the internal components are made of steel.
