KPDBR Series direct acting cross line relief valves are used for protecting hydraulic motors from sudden pressure peaks caused by accidental events, they also incorporate a set of dual counter balance cartridges (over centre valves) for holding a load.

In applications where the hydraulic motor can suffer shocks or other accidental events with consequent sudden pressure peaks, the shockproof valves limit the damages to the motor itself and to the hydraulic system. With the KPDBR Valve you can control the movement of a hydraulic motor or a winch and support a suspended load by eliminating vibrations or fast and dangerous lowering via the use of the dual over centre cartridges.

The flange is dimensioned according to the variety torque motors standards, making the valve particularly suitable for installation on all cross reference MP/MR/MH hydraulic orbital motors. KPDBR valves can work with flows up to 60lpm (15 gpm) and working pressures up to 210 bar (3045 psi) The body and other external components are made of steel and protected from corrosion by galvanizing.
